Infrastructure Grants & Economic Development
Client: City of Gonzales
Site: Gonzales, California
The Collaborative has provided ongoing planning services to the City of Gonzales, since 1982. One result of these planning services, and associated grant writing, has been a new outfall sewer line and sewer treatment plant funded jointly by the federal government and local industry. The firm defined the City’s requirements for a water system and drainage improvements for economic development. The Collaborative completed the redevelopment plan for a portion of the downtown, and worked with the Seagrams Company to bring about a $15 million dollar expansion of the Taylor California Cellars Winery.
